Investing in
Nature's Resilience

Nexia builds scalable, high-margin businesses that turn field outcomes into finance-ready signals used in lending, insurance, investment, and sourcing decisions.

Why Agriculture

Agriculture is a $10 trillion global industry built on field production, whose reliability is increasingly undermined by unsustainable farming practices and amplified by climate change.

Regenerative practices can restore resilience, improve supply reliability, reduce costs, enhance food security, and mitigate risk. But today their impacts are not measured well enough to assess risk, demonstrate resilience, support procurement, or guide capital into regenerative transitions.

Regenerative Data Is Growing 30x Faster Than The Overall Ag/ Food Data Market

Our Strategy

Nexia turns regenerative outcomes on the farm into trusted, finance-ready metrics that guide lending, insurance, procurement, and sourcing across the agri-food value chain.

Through Regenerate Institute’s data and Frontline Intelligence’s growth strategies, Nexia makes regenerative performance measurable, comparable, and investment-grade, driving adoption of practices that deliver resilience and returns.

RGI is Nexia’s data and scoring business. RGI is developing the Regenerative Resilience (“RR”) Score, a standardized, field-level indicator—analogous to a credit score—of a farm’s ability to withstand climate stress and maintain productive capacity.

The RR Score is being built in an exclusive partnership with a leading ag tech company and integrates more than fifty agronomic and environmental variables, together with region-specific benchmarks and validation protocols. RGI’s commercial pathway begins with co-funded, multi-sponsor field pilots that share development costs and provide early validation with corporate and institutional sponsors; revenues are expected to transition to licensing and subscriptions as scores and related analytics are embedded in underwriting, insurance pricing, supplier qualification, and program verification workflows.

Frontline Intelligence is Nexia’s country-level intelligence and execution business. FI combines market analysis with in-country expertise to assist clients in designing and implementing investment, sourcing, and growth strategies in complex agricultural markets.

FI’s initial program focuses on Ukraine, a market with significant agricultural exports and substantial reconstruction requirements. The business model consists of scalable regional subscriptions that provide syndicated intelligence and proprietary insight, supplemented by tailored execution support delivered by local experts.
